  • Natural beta blockers?

Hi everyone, I have been on Beta Blockers for 16 years now. Im 46, male. I believe I live a healthy lifestyle, I eat well (90% vegetable organic based diet) non smoker, dont drink, weigh 60kgs, exercise 30mins per day, haven't taken anti biotics or any medications for over 10 years (Except for my beta blockers). I take half a pill of Concor which is 2.5mg. My HOCM is quite mild but i have a family history of heart disease & heart failures. I just really want to get off them and I am wondering if there is a more natural alternative. I have read that beta blockers on the long run actually damage your heart. Has anyone tried to get off them? Thank you in advance.
