    The Cleveland Clinic is one of the top 3 or 4 in the country.
    3 hours away from one of the top HCM clinics?
    If at all possible, take the drive to Cleveland.

    I have asked the same question of Lisa and I know she will recommend the Cleveland Clinic. A drive of somewhere around 3 hours would really be worth making when you are talking about one of the premiere facilities in the world.

    My sister lives in E.Lansing and I am hoping that she will finally decide to undergo routine screening. Dr. Ho, here in Boston, gave me 2 names to pass on to her because I know that the drive to Cleveland seems ridiculous to her. Dr. Ho seems to be familiar with them, I would imagine they must have some experience with HCM.

    Dr. Anathasubramaniam (goes by Dr. Ananth) is at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and

    Dr. Joshua Wynne is at the Detroit Medical Center

    Experienced HCM Cardiologist in Detroit/Lansing MI?

    Can anyone recommend a cardiologist with HCM experience in the Detroit area? My niece was diagnosed with Exercise Induced Asthma. Our family has a history of HCM and at least one sudden death. She loves to play soccer. We want to ensure this is not actually mis-diagnosed HCM. She had an echo, which was reported as fine, but we know from out own experiences many cardiologist have little experience with HCM.
