  • Cardiologist in SD

Hi, I'm looking for a little help from fellow HCM'ERs in California. I was wondering if anyone on here from the San Diego area knows of a good cardiologist. Its for my mother in-law, who does not have HCM. She has been having chest pains and got an EKG. She said Her PCP said her EKG came out a little abnormal and he wants her to get it checked out. She says he said he said something with a T. Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?

The T wave typically has something to do with ischemia. Esp. if it is inverted. It gets really complicated in detail explaining the mechanism.

    Hope that helps some.

      Hi Bryan,
I believe one of the best HCM doctor’s in the area is a drive north for your mom into Orange County. I also understand that it will be well worth the trip.

Please call Lisa when she is in the office. She will have all the details. She’s generally in on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s during normal east coast business hours. If you contact Kelly she will be able to schedule a time that would be most convenient for all.

        Thanks for the replies.

Burt its actually for my mother in law who does not have CM. She has only lived in San Diego for about 4 years, and doesn't really know of any Doctors out there.
