I am 53 yrs male from india suffering from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy ( abstructive type), I would like to know where can I get the best treatment and doctor for the same.
One of the doctor suggested that I should go under septal ablation, but still I want to contact the best doctor to satisfy myself, as Alcohol Septal Ablation is still viewed as experimental.

Please suggest me the best doctor and hospital.

    Hi and welcome!

HCM is too complicated to just tell you a doctor's name on the board. We send all doctor referral requests to Lisa, the president. You can email her at [email protected] and she can help you.

you can also use the search function to read about our experiences with ablation and other treatments.

    take care,

    Sarah

A key issue will be where you are able to travel for your health care. You have wonderful option in the UK and USA. Is travel an option?
