    We have an appointment for the 3 of us at the New England Medical Center for February 11th. It was originally scheduled for May 13th but Lisa took care of it. We're obviously anxious and realize that it's obviously something that needs to be done regardless of the outcome. Once again, thank you Lisa.

    Husband has HCM.
    3 kids - ages 23, 21, & 19. All presently clear of HCM.

      I am glad that we got that straightened out - I do think there was a misunderstanding at the appointment desk the first go around.
      I am very happy that you will all be seen by a quality center and get yourselfs on the road to living with HCM.

      Dx age 12 current age 46 and counting!
      lost: 5 family members to HCM (SCD, Stroke, CHF)
      Others diagnosed living with HCM (or gene +) include - daughter, niece, nephew, cousin, sister and many many friends!
      Therapy - ICD (implanted 97, 01, 04 and 11, medication
      Currently not obstructed
      Complications - unnecessary pacemaker and stroke (unrelated to each other)

        Isnt Lisa great? She created this great site, works, helps many people find good Drs. AND set ups appointments.
