:P Hello everyone Well I've been away for awhile been keeping busy with work and taking little steps I guess you could say waywarding my decisions on which way to take. Thanks Lisa for the advice. On June 18th I did go to New England Medical Center and met Dr. Maron and the other Doctors there. I was very pleased to find a heartfelt HCMA clinic there. It was there they told me about biventricular pacing after doing an echo. I went back to Brigham and saw my electrocardiologist and they agreed after surverying my echo that my ejection fraction is now 30 to 35 percent so tomorrow I go to brigham to see the anesthesiologist and thursday I get my new biventricular pacer. I am very scared. But I am going to take This day by day. IF this is going to make me feel better I am all for it and hopefully down this long road I am going down I won't need a transplant even though I've been told I most likely will. God bless you all.

Re: new biventricular pacer to be installed
Dear Kim,
If you ask me, I think you did exactly the right things. Hopefully that two bladed egg beater will be a great help, and you won’t need a transplant for many years to come. The more time you buy, without endangering yourself, the better you will be. The advances in this field are coming in rapid succession, and you never know what will be found in the near future that will be of help to you.
I’m as pleased as punch with your attitude, your outlook, and your great reasoning power. Please let us know how you feel on the other side of the implant.
