  • re: relief of symptoms

Just read this post and was curious; do some tend to notice symptoms more after being diagnosed or if the symptoms do increase the problems are just progressively getting worse. Some days I feel like I could take on the world and others I dont seem to have the energy to do the dishes. Is this normal for anyone. I see my doc around the first of July. I feel guilt when I tell my husband I feel great and then a few hours I feel like dirt. As many of you may think I havent really discussed HCM and how I feel much. Guess Im just now coming to terms with it. Sorry for so many posts, lots of things trigure more and more everyday. thanks for your time Lana ps. Ive seen alot of people give measurements and this is what I found in my papers: LA size 4 cm, LV post 2 cm LVESD 1.8 cm, LV septum 2 cm, LVEDD 3.8 cm . After so many appts. and procedures I sometimes cant remember. Any input on these numbers would be appreciated also

I think you will see many responses that relate the same pattern of feeling good and then too soon feeling total exhaustion. It seems pretty typical. Living with HCM takes a lot of planning. Let's see what others have to add. Linda
