  • Had my S-ICD put in this morning

I had my S-ICD put in around 10am. I was feeling fantastic until the numbness wore off. I haven't seen the incisions myself yet. The pain has became much worse now 12 hours after. Very thankful for my awesome doctors and nurses. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I had my ICD implanted Tuesday morning. I am healing up nicely, had some blister type wounds (not sure if they were from the pressure dressing friction?). Pain pills every four hours is nice. Been taking it easy and resting plan to return to work Monday

I'm ready for any advice as well from veteran ICD folks...
