My battery voltage is at 2.99. I was told I had about 1 year left.
This is just very odd and a mystery I'll have to work on solving.
As far as my EP and Medtronic everything appears normal.
Thanks,
Julie

Julie, Battery was the problem the time ours beeped, and I understand it will give periodic beeps to annoy you enough to get it checked. We were told about 3 mons worth remains when it beeps. If it was interrogated and sent to Medtronic also, they should have seen if that was the problem. Hope you resolve it soon. Linda

No clue - How much battery do you have left? My alarm went of once for about 5 sec. then never heard it again...in my case the device had gone "bad" and I had a new one implanted.
It is very odd that this would happen??
Medtronic and your EP are the best to help you deal with this situation - -I know many people at Medtronic - I really think they will want to find out why this is happening just as much as you do, give them all the clues to they can help you solve the mystery!
Best wishes,
Lisa

ICD alarm going off
My ICD alarm went off for 3 days in a row, Sunday at 11:10PM while lying in bed, my son sleeping next to me, Sunday at 10:03AM while sitting on a couch holding my son and Monday at 10:17 while sitting in bed by myself waiting for my shower to get warm. It was a steady tone for about 15 seconds which I understand is a magnetic interference not an ICD problem( that would be an oscillating tone). My EP said everything is normal and they downloaded and sent my info to Medtronic that also says everything is fine. I cannot for the life of me figure out what I was near. The only "new thing" is a dog from Build a Bear that I gave my son for Valentine's Day..but I don't think he has any magnets in him. I don't have a electirc blanket or heating pad and no cell phone around. Any ideas as to what could be in the upstairs of my house to cause a magnetic field?? I have been alarm free now for 3 days. This is really strange!
Thanks,
