    Anyone taking this new beta blocker? My GP wants me to switch from Toprol XL 100 mg. To check with my cardiologist in April.

    Preston, I have not heard of this med before today but, for those who wish to read on it ...here is a link:


    My concerns would be that only a physician well versed in HCM should advise an HCM patient or at least an HCM patients GP as to an appropriate switch to any new BB's. I think it should be a case of consultation with the experts.

    At some point perhaps Lisa could bring some info from the experts on this new BB.
